人肾小管上皮细胞说明:

       

       肾小管上皮细胞在肾脏功能中有着重要的作用。它重吸收原尿中几乎全部的葡萄糖和氨基酸,同时排泌其它非营养物质进入终尿。然而,它也是许多先天性疾病、代谢性疾病和炎症的主要损伤部位。PTEpiC能分泌炎症介质如细胞因子和趋化因子,以及通过产生IL-8或直接趋化白细胞参与急性炎症反应。移植肾炎症和新月体肾炎中PTEpiC表达IL-2Ralpha和MHC-Ⅱ类抗原,这说明肾小管上皮细胞有能力参与肾免疫损伤的发生。为了能够研究肾小管细胞和多种肾疾病之间的关系,PTEpiC的培养提供了很好的体外模型。   


       人肾小管上皮细胞(HRPTEpiC)提取于人肾脏组织,原代冻存。每管含有细胞数>5×105cells/ml,此细胞通过CK-18, -19, and Vimentin免疫荧光染色验证,经测试不含有HIV-1、HBV、HCV、支原体、细菌、酵母和真菌。细胞可以达到15倍增。
