人脑血管平滑肌细胞描述:

       血管平滑肌细胞是许多动脉疾病在细胞水平上的根源。血管平滑肌细胞的加速生长能力是血管疾病进展的关键因素。最新研究表明,血管平滑肌细胞表达ICAM-1 和 VCAM-1能促进血管壁的炎症反应,并且与血管疾病的发展及稳定性有关。人血管平滑肌细胞的体外培养是血管研究中的重要模型,并将对血管疾病的药理学和治疗研究提供大量信息。

       人脑血管平滑肌细胞 (HBVSMC)提取于人脑血管组织,原代冻存。每管含有细胞数 >5×105 cells/ml,此细胞通过对alpha-smooth muscle actin 和desmin免疫荧光染色验证,经测试不含有HIV-1、HBV、HCV、支原体、细菌、酵母和真菌。细胞可以达到15倍增。
