       丙酮酸激酶（PK）是一种催化糖酵解最后一步的酶，磷酸基团从磷酸（烯醇）丙酮酸转移到ADP，产生丙酮酸和ATP。丙酮酸激酶可以调节糖异生，此外，丙酮酸激酶缺乏是溶血性贫血的第二大常见原因。该比色测定基于丙酮酸激酶催化的丙酮酸的形成，丙酮酸可以进一步氧化，其中形成的过氧化氢被过氧化物酶催化并与4-氨基安替比林反应形成有色产物。在570nm处显示最大吸光度的有色反应产物的强度与样品中丙酮酸激酶的活性成正比。

       Hi there, Would you assay kits (Pyruvate Kinase and Cytochrome C Oxidase Assay kits) be suitable also for 96 multiplate readers even though it looks like they are designed for 1 ml cuvette spectrophotometry, since it says that they are for 100 tests only? Many thanks in advance, Regards Tom
