人肾系膜细胞说明:

       

       人肾系膜细胞属于血管周细胞,位于肾小球毛细血管袢之间。系膜细胞有多种生理功能包括和分泌系膜基质,胞吞和加工血浆大分子,通过系膜细胞收缩和分泌血管活性激素控制肾小球血流动力学。肾系膜细胞增生和基质的过多产生是多种肾小球肾炎的主要病理表现,如IgA肾病,狼疮性肾炎,糖尿病肾病以及在肾小球硬化过程中细胞外基质增加。在培养中细胞增殖和基质合成/降解是通过细胞因子和生长因子调控的,因此细胞培养是研究系膜扩张、瘢痕形成和肾小球硬化的理想方法。   


        人肾系膜细胞(HRMC)提取于人肾脏组织,原代冻存。每管含有细胞数>5×105cells/ml,此细胞通过Fibronectin, Thy-1和smooth muscle actin免疫荧光染色验证,经测试不含有HIV-1、HBV、HCV、支原体、细菌、酵母和真菌。细胞可以达到15倍增。
