人脉络丛上皮细胞描述:
脉络丛上皮细胞是构成神经系统和血液之间的选择性屏障的结构基础,能分泌脑脊液进入脑室。脉络丛上皮细胞表达 nei向整流的阴离子通道,这些阴离子通道在脑脊液的分泌过程中起着重要的作用。脉络丝表皮细胞合成和分泌许多生长因子和肽类,这些物质对于脑血管系统的受损区域有营养功能。例如,中枢神经系统在受到缺血和创伤损伤后,脉络丛中许多生长因子的表达将上调。脉络丛中多种生长因子受体使得可以通过自分泌和旁分泌的作用调控愈合过程。脉络丛上皮细胞的培养被广泛用于评估其生理学和形态学特性,并可做为体外模型研究有机阳离子通过血脑屏障的细胞机理。
人脉络丛上皮细胞(HCPEpiC)提取于人脉络丛组织,提取纯化之后立即冻存。每管含有细胞数>5×105cells/ml,此细胞通过Cytokeratin-18, -19 和Vimentin免疫荧光染色验证,经测试不含有HIV-1、HBV、HCV、支原体、细菌、酵母和真菌。细胞可以达到15倍增。
