胎牛血清产品特性
胎牛血清(Fetal Bovine Serum,FBS)是广泛使用的多种生长培养基的添加物, 来自无菌条件下心导管穿刺获得的胎牛全血凝结后的上清。
v 每批血清都经严格控制和测试,并经无菌过滤,pH中性;
v 每批血清都经过200余种细胞系的筛选;
v 内毒素测试优于通常的细胞测试标准,低于 0.625 EU/mL ,不含病毒成分。利于细胞的生长,不会导致细胞过早的凋亡,并利于下游产物的纯化;
提供规格:
产品用途:FBS仅用于研究,不得用于人或动物,不得用于临床诊断。
储存:FBS 避光储存于-20℃。若储存于-20℃,血清在保质期内(瓶身上)是稳
定的。若避光储存于4℃,可稳定一个月。
运输:干冰。
使用须知
缓慢解冻 FBS,以防止血清降解;推荐 4-6℃冰箱过夜解冻。 确保完全解冻,并
小心颠倒混匀。冰箱长期储存或解冻时可能出现絮状物质或沉淀,这是所有血清
共有的一般特性,并不意味着细菌生长或有害物质出现。
