人神经元细胞描述:

        中枢神经系统的组织由两类细胞组成,它们可以广义地分为神经元和神经胶质。神经元是大脑在解剖、功能及营养上的单元。尽管神经元的大小和形状有很大的差异,但它们都具有共同的形态学特征,而且它们是复杂通信网络中的重要物质。神经元是动态极化的细胞,并且是神经系统中的主要信号物质。人类大脑包含1 x 1011 神经元,而且每个神经元至少可与10000个其它神经元互通信息。

        人神经元细胞(HN)提取于人脑组织,原代培养冻存。每管含有细胞数>5×106 cells/ml,此细胞通过Neurafilament, MAP2, 和 beta-tubulin III免疫荧光染色验证,经测试不含有HIV-1、HBV、HCV、支原体、细菌、酵母和真菌。
