小鼠肾小管上皮细胞 描述:
肾近端小管上皮细胞(RPTEpiC)在肾功能中起重要作用。它们能重新吸收肾小球滤过液中几乎所有的葡萄糖和氨基酸,同时允许没有营养价值的物质排泄到尿液中。它们也是各种先天性、代谢性和炎症性疾病的主要损伤部位。RPTEpiC能产生炎症介质,如细胞因子或趋化因子,并通过IL-8的产生影响和指导白细胞趋化而积极参与急性炎症过程[1,2]。RPTEpiC在炎症、肾移植和新月体肾炎期间表达IL-2Rα和MHCⅡ类抗原,提示这些细胞具有参与免疫性肾损伤发病机制的能力[3]。为了研究近端肾小管细胞与多种肾脏疾病的关系,RPTEpiC培养是一种有用的体外模型。
来自sciencell的MRPTEpiC是从出生后第2天的小鼠肾脏中分离出来的。MRPTEpiC在第一通道冷冻保存并冷冻交付。每小瓶容量大于5 x 10^5细胞。MRPTEpiC的特点是免疫荧光抗体特异性细胞角蛋白-18、-19和波形蛋白。MRPTEpiC对支原体、细菌、酵母和真菌呈阴性。MRPTEpiC保证在sciencell提供的条件下继续培养,但由于继代培养后扩张能力和衰老有限,不推荐用于长期培养。
