NB-4细胞是一种人类急性早幼粒细胞白血病(APL)细胞系,从急性早幼粒细胞白血病第二次复发患者的骨髓中建立。该细胞系的特点是存在t(15;17)染色体易位,导致PML-RARα融合基因,这是APL的标志。NB4细胞系是研究APL发病机制和视黄酸(ATRA)、三氧化二砷(ATO)等治疗剂诱导分化作用机制的关键模型。
