人淋巴内皮细胞描述：
淋巴系统是免疫系统的重要部分，与血管系统共同作用来保持组织的内环境稳定。淋巴系统从组织中得到液体和大分子物质并将其返回血液循环，因此，淋巴系统在调节组织中液体，蛋白质和压力平衡方面起着重要作用。尽管淋巴毛细管内皮细胞与血管内皮有许多相似的特性，但由于结构不同，又各具特点。淋巴毛细管缺少壁细胞且以基底膜不完整或缺失为特征。淋巴内皮的特征是包含大量的内褶和细胞质囊泡，并且具有交错的细胞间连接。淋巴毛细管最显著的特征是与间质的一体化，间质通过细微的弹性纤维与细胞外基质相连。
人淋巴内皮细胞 (HLEC)提取于人淋巴结组织，原代冻存。每管含有细胞数>5×10 5cells/ml，此细胞通过vWF/Factor VIII 和CD31 (P-CAM)免疫荧光染色验证，经测试不含有HIV-1、HBV、HCV、支原体、细菌、酵母和真菌。细胞可以达到10倍增。

Our quality control department does not test for podoplanin expression in Human Lymphatic Endothelial Cells. We do test for endothelial cell markers CD-31 and Factor VIII.
