GM12878是一种人B淋巴细胞系,源自一位白人女性的外周血B淋巴细胞,通过EB病毒转化获得。这些细胞在生物医学研究中被广泛使用,尤其是在基因组学、表观遗传学和免疫学研究领域。 

注意事项
该细胞为悬浮细胞,建议传代时使用【半换液法】对细胞状态有利。可以直接向培养瓶中添加等体积的新鲜培养液,然后将细胞吹打均匀后移入两个新的T25培养瓶中继续培养即可(1:2传代)。
