1996年对一批CRL-1730进行的核型分析反映了一种亚二倍体人细胞系,其模式染色体数为45,出现在72%的计数细胞中,所有细胞都具有单体N13。该群体多倍体细胞率为15.8%。这种核型不同于早期对细胞进行的研究,早期的研究显示大约60%的细胞保留了2-13号染色体。CRL-1730培养物中明显的克隆变异(最可能取决于传代和生长条件)也在D13S317等位基因#9、D13S317等位基因#11和D7S820等位基因#12处具有不稳定等位基因的STR谱中被注意到。其他共存的亚克隆包括46,XX,-11,-13,i(11p),i(11q)和46,XX,+11,-13核型的亚克隆。对于所有进行的核型分析,两条X染色体都显示正常。 |
