Mono-Mac-6细胞系源自一名64岁男性患者,该患者患有复发性急性单核细胞白血病(AML FAB M5)。细胞系建立于1985年,从患者的外周血单核细胞中获得。在培养中呈现为悬浮生长的单个、圆形/多形性细胞或小细胞群,有时松散粘附。Mono-Mac-6细胞系是研究急性单核细胞白血病(AMoL或AML-M5)的理想模型,尤其在探讨单核细胞在外周血中异常增生的病理机制方面。此外,该细胞系还可用于药物筛选、免疫学研究、细胞信号传导研究等领域。因其独特的特性和功能,在急性单核细胞白血病的研究中扮演着重要角色,为理解该疾病的发病机制和开发新的治疗方法提供了重要的实验工具。 备注:该细胞对胎牛血清品质比较敏感,需要用到优质胎牛血清进行培养,当细胞生长出现缓慢时,建议提高血清浓度到20%,或者更换更优质的胎牛血清来培养。 |
