产品介绍 |
尽管较早的报道说这株细胞包含腺病毒5 DNA病毒基因组的左端和右端,现在已经清楚只存在左端序列。这株细胞适于滴定人腺病毒。细胞表达一种不寻常的由整联蛋白beta-1亚基和玻联蛋白alpha-v亚基组成的玻联蛋白细胞表面受体。Ad5插入片段进行了克隆和测序,结果表明碱基1-4344插入到了19号染色体(19q13.2)。293细胞比较容易转染,是一个很常用的表达研究外源基因的细胞株。293细胞的缺陷是生长过程中贴壁强度比较小。所以在实验过程中容易流失,从而影响实验结果。 |
