产品介绍

该细胞株是YaffeD,SaxelO建立的小鼠成肌细胞系的亚株。该细胞分化较快,可形成能收缩的微管,产生特异的肌肉蛋白。在骨形态形成蛋白(BMP-2)的作用下,该细胞可由成肌细胞分化为成骨细胞。检测发现该细胞鼠痘病毒阴性。 

注意事项:C2C12细胞生长较快,密度达到80%即可传代。培养时细胞密度不能过高(细胞密度控制在 5000 – 15000 活细胞/平方厘米), 并应及时更换培养液,否则容易分化。

收到邮寄活细胞的,收集上清离心后收集脱落的悬浮细胞和贴壁细胞一起建议T25培养瓶1:2传代培养,参考传代比例根据细胞数量决定。传代周期2-3天,隔天换液。
