Dear Sir, I have isolated pericytes from mouse using pdgfreceptor beta and have maintained them in culture using the pericyte mouse medium from sciencell . I would like to validate the cells for pdgf receptor beta antibody using immunostaining. however the antibody or immunostaining for cells does not seem to work . I saw the pdgf receptor beta antibody immunostaining for mouse brain pericytes done in your cite. I would like to know from you which company (lot no.) pdgf receptor beta antibody is used, corresponding dilution and key steps involved in the staining. The antibodies we have does not seem to work at all for cells but works quite good for tissues. Hence I would be really thankful if you can send across the protocol with antibody details.
