星形胶质细胞培养基（低血清）说明：
星形胶质细胞培养基是专门为正常人类星形胶质细胞体外培养设计的最适于其生长的培养基。经灭菌的液体培养基，包含必需和非必需氨基酸、维生素、有机和无机化合物、激素、生长因子、微量矿物质和低浓度胎牛血清(2%)。该培养基缓冲体系为重碳酸盐，在含5%CO2的细胞培养箱中平衡后pH值为7.4。该培养基的配方能够选择性的促进正常人类微血管内皮细胞体外培养中的增殖和生长，并为其达到最理想营养平衡状态。

Is it possible to freeze aliquots of complete medium to avoid that growth factors will become unstable at 4°C if the medium stays open longer than 1 month?thanks

Hi Silvia,
Thanks for asking! From our FAQ section: We do not recommend subjecting growth supplements to freeze-thaw, as this can result in reduced activity of components and the potential for components to irreversibly precipitate. Additionally, We do not recommend freezing media, as this can result in irreversible precipitation of media components. Thanks!

Hi, is it recommended to grow HA in 2% FBS (10ml of FBS provided in the kit)? I am working with Astrocytes for the first time and wanted to make sure that I am doing everything right. So basically to make the complete medium, I add 2% FBS, 1% P/S and 1% growth supplement? Thanks!
