Ca Ski细胞系是一种人宫颈癌肠转移细胞,最初是从一名40岁白人女性宫颈癌患者的小肠肠系膜转移灶中分离建立的。这种细胞系含有整合的人乳头瘤病毒16型基因组(HPV-16,每个细胞约600个拷贝)及与HPV-18相关的序列。Ca Ski细胞的应用包括:药物敏感性研究、基因功能研究、病毒学研究、免疫学研究、纳米医学研究、细胞生物学和信号传导研究等。这些应用表明Ca Ski细胞系在宫颈癌研究中具有重要的科研价值,尤其是在药物开发和基因功能研究方面。 

注意事项:
Ca Ski细胞胞体上有黑色颗粒和细胞分泌黑色颗粒属于正常现象。
