HT-3是一种人子宫颈癌细胞系,最初是从一名58岁的白人女性宫颈癌患者的淋巴结中分离出来的。呈现上皮细胞样的形态,贴壁生长。核型属于亚三倍体至超三倍体范围(+A,+B,+C,+D,+F,-E),其模态数在65至66之间。超微结构具有大量微绒毛、突出的核仁、稀疏的粗面内质网(RER)以及发育良好的高尔基体。 |
