OS-RC-2是一种人肾癌细胞系,来源于一位52岁日本男性的肾癌肿瘤组织。该细胞系具有上皮细胞样的形态特征,并能在裸鼠体内成瘤,是研究肾癌的常用模型。

该细胞广泛用于肾癌的研究,包括肿瘤生物学行为、药物反应、癌症治疗靶点的研究。

注意事项:
OS-RC-2细胞形态不均一,细胞胞体上有黑色颗粒和小空泡是正常现象。
