ME-180细胞系是由高度侵袭性鳞状细胞癌建立的上皮细胞系,最初从66岁白人女性患者的宫颈癌大网膜转移中分离出来。癌的特征是不规则的细胞团,没有明显的角化和少量的坏死。由于其起源和侵袭性,该细胞系对癌症研究尤其重要,特别是在涉及宫颈癌和其他形式的鳞状细胞癌的研究中。ME-180细胞具有致瘤性,在裸鼠体内植入后可形成分化良好的表皮样癌。 |
