产品介绍

T-47D分离自一位54岁乳房侵入性导管癌的女性患者胸水,已成为乳腺癌研究的重要资源。T-47D细胞在癌症研究领域是独一无二的,因为它们的激素表达谱,特别是携带17 β雌二醇、各种其他类固醇和降钙素的受体。此外,T47D细胞表达WNT7B癌基因。

值得注意的是,T47D细胞的黄体酮受体表达不受雌二醇的调节,尽管这种激素在细胞内含量丰富,使它们与MCF7细胞区别开来,MCF7细胞因其雌激素受体阳性而被广泛认可,并经常被用来探索雌激素在肿瘤增殖和治疗反应中的作用。
T47D细胞系的应用扩展到免疫缺陷小鼠的异种移植物的形成,这对药物测试、观察受体状态变化和研究血管生成有价值。此外,T-47D细胞系是癌症基因研究的资源,提供了对驱动乳腺癌的基因组和蛋白质组学景观的见解。通过促进对乳腺癌蛋白质组学和转录组学特征的更深入了解,t47d乳腺癌细胞系有助于鉴定新的乳腺癌细胞表型和开发靶向治疗。

注意事项:
T-47D [T47D]细胞需100%密度传代。T-47D细胞消化后成小片状脱落,并用培养液吹散细胞成圆细胞后进行传代,一定要要消化完全,否则细胞容易聚团生长。
