胎牛血清产品特性

胎牛血清(Fetal Bovine Serum，FBS)是广泛使用的多种生长培养基的添加物， 来自无菌条件下心导管穿刺获得的胎牛全血凝结后的上清。

v 每批血清都经严格控制和测试，并经无菌过滤，pH中性；

v 每批血清都经过200余种细胞系的筛选；

v 内毒素测试优于通常的细胞测试标准，低于 0.625 EU/mL ，不含病毒成分。利于细胞的生长，不会导致细胞过早的凋亡，并利于下游产物的纯化；

提供规格：

产品用途：FBS仅用于研究，不得用于人或动物，不得用于临床诊断。

 储存：FBS 避光储存于-20℃。若储存于-20℃，血清在保质期内（瓶身上）是稳

定的。若避光储存于4℃，可稳定一个月。

 运输：干冰。

使用须知

缓慢解冻 FBS，以防止血清降解；推荐 4-6℃冰箱过夜解冻。 确保完全解冻，并

小心颠倒混匀。冰箱长期储存或解冻时可能出现絮状物质或沉淀，这是所有血清

共有的一般特性，并不意味着细菌生长或有害物质出现。
