人海马趾神经元细胞描述:
人类的大脑包含大约10的11次方个神经元,每一个神经元又能够接触至少10000其他神经元[1]。海马神经元在学习和记忆中发挥特殊作用。因此,体外培养海马神经元为探究其作用机理奠定了基础。
ScienCell研究实验室成功提取出了海马组织。每个瓶包含> 1×10 ^ 6细胞1毫升容量。经抗体检测,该细胞未受到乙肝病毒、丙肝病毒、支原体、细菌、酵母和真菌感染。

Question:
Hi, I am student from Malaysia and i will use this cell for my research. i would like to know whether this human neurons-hippocampal cell can be co-cultured with other cell, for example co-cultured with human astrocytes cell and do we need a specific medium to co-cultured them? Thank you.

Neurons can be co-cultured with astrocytes if required by customer's experiment design. They can use #1521 Neuronal medium (complete medium) with 1% FBS.
