人间充质干细胞--骨髓:


       间充质干细胞在成人的干细胞中数量恒定。它们有发育为成熟细胞的潜在能力而产生脂肪、软骨、骨骼和肌肉。这些特性与它们发育中的可塑性共同作用使人们对用间充质干细胞来替换受损组织的潜在能力产生了极大的兴趣。间充质干细胞培养在含有转化生长因子,无血清的培养基中将分化成关节软骨细胞,然而间充质干细胞培养在含血清,维C和地塞米松的培养基中将分化成造骨细胞。间充质干细胞有更新和分化成不同间质组织系的能力。间充质干细胞中本质上讲可以通过培养来增加数量然后移植到受损部位或种在拟生态支架中以产生合适的组织形状。

       

       人间充质干细胞-骨髓,提取于骨髓,属于第一代冻存。每管含有细胞数>5×105 cells/ml,此细胞通过CD44, CD90免疫荧光染色验证,经测试不含有HIV-1、HBV、HCV、支原体、细菌、酵母和真菌。
