BSC-1细胞建系于1961年(Hopps,HE,etal)。它对1型脊髓灰质炎病毒(Poliovirustype1),SV40病毒(SV40virus),水泡性口炎病毒(Vesicularstomatitisvirus)敏感,是病毒诊断研究的有用材料。另外,BSC-1细胞还是病毒转染,尤其是SV40病毒载体转染的理想宿主。 |
