产品介绍

BV-2细胞是由E·Blasi建立于1990年;此细胞源自C57BL/6小鼠小胶质细胞。表达核v-myc、染色体v-raf癌基因;膜表面表达envgp70抗原;在形态学、表型及功能上有吞噬细胞的特征;2n=57-66 。

注意事项:

BV2细胞冻存复苏细胞贴壁性差,基本处于悬浮细胞状态,细胞培养48小时后收集悬浮细胞和贴壁细胞,再次分瓶传代,细胞会呈现多边形贴壁细胞和悬浮细胞两种形态。
BV2细胞正常细胞形态为半悬半贴,传代时收集悬浮细胞在和通过胰酶消化后的贴壁细胞合并一起分瓶传代培养。

该细胞培养时松散贴壁,偶有漂浮,细胞形态对血清质量较为敏感。建议用户使用优质胎牛血清进行培养或选择订购配套BV2完全培养液。
