产品介绍 |
BV-2细胞是由E·Blasi建立于1990年;此细胞源自C57BL/6小鼠小胶质细胞。表达核v-myc、染色体v-raf癌基因;膜表面表达envgp70抗原;在形态学、表型及功能上有吞噬细胞的特征;2n=57-66 。 注意事项:
BV2细胞冻存复苏细胞贴壁性差,基本处于悬浮细胞状态,细胞培养48小时后收集悬浮细胞和贴壁细胞,再次分瓶传代,细胞会呈现多边形贴壁细胞和悬浮细胞两种形态。 该细胞培养时松散贴壁,偶有漂浮,细胞形态对血清质量较为敏感。建议用户使用优质胎牛血清进行培养或选择订购配套BV2完全培养液。 |
