乳腺上皮细胞培养基是专门为体外培养正常乳腺上皮细胞设计的专用培养基。此培养基为无菌产品，包含必需和非必需氨基、维生素、有机和无机化合物、激素、生长因子和微量矿物质，及马血清（5%）。该培养基含HEPES和碳酸氢盐缓冲体系，在5% CO2培养箱或95%空气培养箱中平衡时PH值为7.4。该培养基为正常乳腺上皮细胞提供了一个最佳的营养环境，选择性地促进细胞的体外生长。 |
