产品介绍

NCI-H522是一种人非小细胞肺癌腺癌细胞系,最初由A.F. Gazdar、H.K. Oie、J.D. Minna及其同事从一名58岁白色男性吸烟肺癌患者治疗前获得的。这种细胞系具有亚三倍体的染色体特征,模态染色体数出现在68%的计数细胞中,并且所有细胞共有11条标记染色体,其中两条是配对的。这些细胞携带TP53基因密码子191的突变,并且不能合成肽神经调节蛋白B (NMB)或胃泌素释放肽 (GRP)。此外,细胞对角蛋白和波形蛋白染色呈阳性,但对神经丝三联体蛋白呈阴性。

NCI-H522细胞系因其特性被广泛应用于非小细胞肺癌的研究,包括病理机制、药物筛选和基因功能研究。
