细胞培养基中有时加入适量浓度的抗生素，可以有效防止微生物的污染。青霉素-链霉素混合溶液（100× 双抗）（Penicillin-Streptomycin Solution, 100×）是专门用于细胞培养的双抗，经过滤除菌，可以直接添加到细胞培养液内。青霉素-链霉素混合溶液（100× 双抗）中青霉素含量10kU/mL，链霉素含量10mg/mL。在细胞培养液中推荐的青霉素工作浓度为100U/mL，链霉素工作浓度为0.1mg/mL，使用时按照100倍稀释即可。 |
