SK-MEL-2是一种人恶性黑色素瘤细胞系,最初从一名60岁白人男性的恶性黑色素瘤皮肤组织中分离出来。这些细胞表达野生型 B-Raf 和突变型 N-Ras (Q61R)。 SK-MEL-2 细胞的倍增时间为 32 小时,为研究黑色素瘤提供了宝贵的工具。当黑色素细胞发生突变,导致不受控制的增殖和癌症发展时,就会出现黑色素瘤。通过使用 SK-MEL-2 细胞,研究人员可以深入了解黑色素瘤的机制并探索潜在的治疗方法。这种细胞系具有多边形形态,贴壁生长,并且被广泛用于研究黑色素瘤的生物学特性、药物筛选和治疗等方面的研究。
