产品介绍

UPCI:SCC090来自舌根鳞状细胞癌。捐献者吸烟,喝酒精饮料,死于疾病。将手术切除的肿瘤切碎并分散到烧瓶中。当成纤维细胞的生长阻碍鳞状细胞的生长时,通过胰蛋白酶消化除去成纤维细胞。剩余的鳞状细胞生长并传代。                                

此细胞培养需要用胶原1包被培养容器(中乔新舟   货号:CSP145)
