HCC4006是一种人肺癌腺癌细胞系,最初于2004年从一名白人成年男性肺腺癌患者的胸腔积液中分离出来。这种细胞系具有上皮细胞形态,广泛用于肺腺癌相关的研究,尤其是在涉及表皮生长因子受体(EGFR)突变的研究中。HCC4006细胞系在EGFR酪氨酸激酶结构域有一个获得性突变(L747-E749缺失,A750P突变),这一特征使得它在研究EGFR抑制剂的敏感性和抗药性方面非常有用。这个肺腺癌在EGFR酪氨酸激酶结构域中有一个获得性突变(L747 - E749缺失,A750P)。
