HET-1A 是一种上皮细胞系,于 1986 年从一名正常的 29 岁黑人男性捐赠者的食道中分离出来。通过用质粒 pRSV-T 转染从人类食管尸检组织中获得,该质粒由 RSV-LTR 启动子和编码猿猴病毒 40 大 T 抗原的序列组成。
该品系已经历了超过250次群体倍增。生长因子研究表明,HET-1A 受钙刺激,并受胎牛血清、转化生长因子-β 1 和转化生长因子-β 2 抑制。伏马菌素 B1 在 HET-1A 细胞中产生生长抑制并增加细胞凋亡。合成的类维生素A CD437 (6-[3-(1-金刚烷基)-4-羟基苯基]-2-萘甲酸 (AHPN/CD437)0 通过 caspase-3 依赖性途径诱导食管鳞状细胞 HET-1A 细胞凋亡。 该细胞所用完全培养基为低血清培养基,消化时不能当做终止液,需要用0.1%大豆胰蛋白酶抑制剂(货号:CSP002)终止消化。 |
