SNU-638是一种人类胃癌细胞系,源自一位48岁亚洲男性的胃腺癌组织。这些细胞在体外培养中表现出上皮细胞样的形态,并且是贴壁生长的。SNU-638细胞的染色体和分子遗传学特征已经被详细研究,包括p53基因的突变情况,其中p53基因的第8外显子发生了CGG到TGG的突变,导致氨基酸从精氨酸变为色氨酸,但正常等位基因也存在这些细胞在癌症研究中非常有用,尤其是在研究胃癌的生物学行为、药物反应和信号传导途径方面。它们也可以用于测试新的抗癌药物和治疗方法。 |
