C666-1是一种人鼻咽癌细胞系,它是由未分化鼻咽癌(NPC)患者体内建立的,是其亲代细胞系 C666 的亚克隆。 该细胞源自中国南方鼻咽癌异种移植体中分离,属于上皮细胞样的贴壁生长细胞,具有持续表达EBV编码的RNA和细胞角蛋白的特性。这种细胞表达EBV核抗原1(EBNA1)、潜伏膜蛋白1(LMP1)和潜伏膜蛋白2(LMP2)转录物,类似于EBV潜伏期II模式。C666-1细胞的EBV基因型为EBV-1,其潜伏膜蛋白1基因存在30bp的羧基末端缺失,这与中国南方鼻咽癌肿瘤的发现一致。此外,C666-1细胞是亚二倍体,染色体模式数为45,在无胸腺裸小鼠中具有致瘤性 。在科研中有广泛的应用,包括疾病机理研究、药物筛选和抗癌药物的疗效评估等。 |
