SUM-159PT 来源于原发性人类间变性乳腺癌,是一种基底乳腺癌细胞系,具有上皮起源的不依赖雌激素的人乳腺癌细胞系 。这种细胞系是三阴性乳腺癌(TNBC)细胞系,表现为雌激素受体(ER)阴性、孕激素受体(PR)阴性、人表皮生长因子受体2(HER2)阴性。它展现基底型B/claudin-low型TNBC特征,是一种上皮样细胞,呈现纺锤状外观。SUM159PT细胞能够在体外培养中形成乳腺球(mammospheres),并具有体外侵袭能力 。 |
