OCI-LY10弥漫大B淋巴瘤细胞,来源于一位66岁女性患的淋巴结,一种以主要为大肿瘤性B淋巴细胞的弥漫性增殖为特征的非霍奇金淋巴瘤。它是最常见的非霍奇金淋巴瘤类型,占病例的30%-40%。形态学变异包括中心母细胞性淋巴瘤、免疫母细胞性淋巴瘤和间变性淋巴瘤。亚型/实体包括富含T细胞/组织细胞的大B细胞淋巴瘤、中枢神经系统的原发性弥漫大B细胞淋巴瘤、成浆性淋巴瘤、原发性皮肤弥漫大B细胞淋巴瘤、腿型和ALK阳性大B细胞淋巴瘤。 |
