产品介绍

NCI-82细胞系是由A.F.所衍生。1978年,从一个肺小细胞癌患者的胸腔液中取出了GARD和相关物。原瘤形态不具有SCLC特征。这条线是SCLC表达神经元特异性烯醇化酶和肌酸激酶脑同工酶的生化和形态变异。它没有可检测到的L-DOPA脱羧酶或子蛋白水平。细胞产生异常大的p53mrna(3.7kb)。c-mycDNA序列被放大了大约25倍,与正常细胞相比,c-mycRNA增加了24倍。据报道,这些细胞表达的是功能性的ANP受体,但是用ANP治疗不会改变它们的生长模式。这些细胞对神经丝和维门汀呈阳性染色。表达v-fes,v-fms,Ha-ras,Ki-ras,N-ras和c-raf 1 mRNA。

注意事项:
该细胞以大量聚团形式悬浮生长,无法测算存活率,日常培养时培养液中通常含有大量细胞碎片,几乎无法去除,是正常现象,也可在培养液中添加双抗,预防细菌污染。
