OE33细胞系,也被称为JROECL33,是从一位73岁女性患者的下食道腺癌(Barrett’s metaplasia)中建立的。肿瘤病理分期为IIA期(UICC),分化差。OE33组成性表达HLA-A、-B和-C抗原(MHC I类)和ICAM-1。干扰素- γ可诱导HLA-DR (MHC II类)的表达。这些细胞表达上皮细胞角蛋白,在裸鼠体内具有致瘤性。从该细胞系的ECACC库中提取的培养物已进行了全基因组测序(Contino et al . 2016),证实存在许多驱动食管癌的已知突变。 |
