BeWo细胞是一种来源于胎儿男性胎盘恶性妊娠绒毛膜癌的细胞系,已成为广泛应用于胎盘研究的体外模型。胎盘发育过程中滋养细胞合胞期的细胞-细胞融合是最重要,但却鲜为人知的事件之一。由于这一过程难以在体内胎盘中进行研究,我们利用BeWo细胞作为细胞培养模型来模拟胎盘绒毛滋养细胞的体内合胞过程。 |
