人肺泡上皮细胞说明:

      

       人肺泡上皮细胞由肺泡I型和Ⅱ型上皮细胞组成,线性分布于肺内99%以上的表面积。肺泡I型细胞是一种大而扁平细胞,其稀薄的细胞质延展占据了其内表面积的95%以上。它含有水通道,是所有哺乳动物细胞中水渗透性最高的细胞。肺泡Ⅱ型上皮细胞只占据了2-5%的面积,它能产生,分泌并再利用肺表面活性物质。肺泡Ⅱ型上皮细胞同时含有Na+-K+-ATP酶和阿米洛利敏感的上皮细胞Na+通道。目前被普遍接受的假说是肺泡Ⅱ型上皮细胞通过调节肺Na+传递的活性来维持着肺液体内环境稳定平衡,而肺泡I型细胞是无活性的细胞,仅提供屏障功能而无活化功能。新近的研究表明肺泡I型在调节离子和液体转运过程中也具有重要作用。   


       人肺泡上皮细胞(HPAEpiC)提取于人肺组织,原代冻存。每管含有细胞数>1×106cells/ml,此细胞通过Cytokeratin-18, -19和Vimentin免疫荧光染色验证,经测试不含有HIV-1、HBV、HCV、支原体、细菌、酵母和真菌。
