内皮细胞生长因子描述:


           内皮细胞生长补充剂(ECGS)是一种培养基补充剂,用于体外培养人原代微血管内皮细胞。它是一种无菌的浓缩(100X)溶液,含有培养正常人微血管内皮细胞所必需的生长因子、激素和蛋白质。该补充剂的配方(定量和定性)旨在提供一个明确且最佳平衡的生长环境,最大限度地促进体外培养的人原代微血管内皮细胞的生长。该补充剂被设计为内皮细胞培养基(ECM,Cat:1001)的添加剂,应与培养基一起使用。

Dear Staff, I am just wondering what concentration of this product? it said 100x concentrated, does this mean I should diluted it in medium 100 times? the description of HUV-EC cells said I should have 0.03-0.05mg/ml ECGS in medium. Thanks, Kiki

    The growth supplement is 100x so you would add 5 ml ECGS into 500 ml ECM.
