产品介绍

HT-29是一种人结肠腺癌细胞系,最初是在1964年从一位44岁女性结直肠癌患者的原发肿瘤中分离出来建立的。这些细胞具有上皮细胞的形态特征,在体外培养时贴壁生长,并且表现出成熟肠细胞的一些特性。是结直肠癌研究的重要工具,通过结合多种研究方法和技术,科学家们可以进一步揭示结直肠癌的生物学机制,并开发出更有效的治疗策略。该细胞表达尿激酶受体,但未检测到纤溶酶原激活物活性[PubMed ID:8381394]。CD4表达阴性,但细胞表面表达半乳糖神经酰胺(一个HIV的可替代受体)。另致癌基因c-myc、K-ras、H-ras、N-ras、Myb、sis、fos表达阳性,过量产生p53抗原,在p53基因的273密码子处有G->A突变导致Arg->His替换,未检测到致癌基因N-myc的表达。

【注意事项】
HT-29复苏后第一周可能会有大量漂浮细胞,可更换新鲜培养液,同时将漂浮的细胞离心收集后加回到培养瓶中与贴壁细胞共同培养。新复苏的细胞会以补丁形态三维接触生长(即不是单层扁平生长),待细胞分裂生长后将会变回上皮细胞形态单层扁平生长。
