产品介绍

LoVo人结肠癌细胞是一种从人类结直肠癌组织中分离并培养得到的癌细胞系。这种细胞系最初是1971年从患有IV级Dukes C结肠直肠癌的56岁白人男性患者左锁骨上区转移性肿瘤结节的碎片。该细胞系在癌症研究中非常有用,因为它们保留了原始肿瘤的许多特征,在癌症、毒理学和免疫学研究中应用广泛。可以用来测试新的药物疗法,研究癌症的生物学行为,以及理解癌症的分子机制。此外,也常用于转染实验,用于研究基因功能和信号传导途径。该细胞的CSAp和结肠抗原3(colon antigen 3)表达阴性。肿瘤基因c-myc、K-ras、H-ras、 N-ras、Myb, sis和fos表达阳性,但未检测到 N-myc表达。该细胞表达肿瘤特定的核基质蛋白CC-3和CC-4,可在裸鼠体中成瘤。

注意事项:LoVo细胞呈团块状生长,复苏或传代后贴壁慢,请传代后48小时再进行换液等后续操作。细胞密度在80%即可传代。
