ARH-77细胞系是来自患有IgG浆细胞白血病的33岁女性患者的外周血的人类细胞系,已被证明是EBV转化的B淋巴母细胞样细胞系。浆细胞白血病是一种影响骨髓中浆细胞的癌症。

ARH-77细胞的特征在于它们的B淋巴母细胞样表型,这使得它们特别适用于研究B细胞成熟和功能以及浆细胞白血病病理学。并经常用于与爱泼斯坦-巴尔病毒(EBV)相关的研究、多发性骨髓瘤和浆细胞白血病的研究,特别是在药物筛选和治疗靶点的探索中。适用于研究免疫学和相关免疫系统疾病的研究。
