人非小细胞肺癌细胞A549来源于58岁的白人男性肺癌组织,由D.J. Giard等人建立于1972年。M. Lieber发现A549可以通过胞苷二磷酸胆碱途径合成高比例的不饱和脂肪酸卵磷脂。该细胞复苏后不耐低温和长时间运输,复苏后沿途最低温度需高于10摄氏度且运输路途不可过长。冬天常温邮寄A549细胞时会有细胞脱落、坏死等现象,请尽量选用干冰冷链快递。
