产品介绍

Raji是一种人Burkitt's淋巴瘤细胞系,最初由R.J.V. Pulvertaft于1963年从一名11岁黑人男性左上颌骨Burkitt淋巴瘤中建立。Raji细胞系在免疫学研究中目前在:CAR-T细胞治疗研究、NK细胞免疫杀伤研究、B细胞信号传导研究、EBV相关研究、免疫逃逸机制研究、药物代谢动力学研究等得到应用。这些应用展示了Raji细胞系在免疫学研究中的多样性和重要性,它们为理解B细胞淋巴瘤的复杂性提供了宝贵的工具。 EBNA阳性。

注意事项:
(1)Raji细胞通常在悬浮中以不同大小的浮动簇生长。随着培养密度的增加,细胞簇可以变得非常大,尽管也可能存在一些单细胞。在这
个细胞系中,碎片是正常的。
(2)细胞浓度不应超过2-3 × 10^6个细胞/ml,应加入足够的培养基使细胞浓度降至3-5 × 10^5个活细胞/ml,并避免生长培养基过度酸化。
