产品介绍 |
RAW 264.7细胞源自Abelson鼠科白血病病毒诱导的肿瘤;sIg-、Ia-抗原、Thy-1.2表面抗原阴性。RAW 264.7细胞不分泌可检测到的病毒颗粒,XC斑点形成试验阴性。RAW 264.7细胞可以胞饮中性红并吞噬乳胶颗粒与酵母聚糖,并且可以抗体依赖性地分解绵羊红血球与肿瘤靶细胞。LPS或PPD处理2天可诱导RAW 264.7细胞分解红血球,但对肿瘤靶细胞无作用。
【注意事项】: 2、该细胞传代时不需要用胰酶消化。传代时,用无菌细胞刮刮拭培养表面将细胞刮落,收集离心后重悬接种到新的培养瓶中。 3、该细胞形态上包含松散贴壁的纺锤形和圆形或者立方形。当细胞密度较大时,细胞会轻微脱落变圆或者许多细胞堆积在一起,有些细胞甚至脱落漂浮。这些漂浮的细胞是存活的,在传代时应收集起来,离心后细胞沉淀可以继续培养。细胞生长密度越大时,巨噬细胞(圆细胞)就会越多。所以最好是高密度细胞培养,90%-100%密度时进行细胞传代。 4、细胞对血清质量非常敏感,可能引起细胞贴壁能力变化或者细胞分化,应选用高质量的胎牛血清。 |
