产品介绍

769-P细胞系是一种人肾细胞癌(RCC)细胞系,来源于1975年一位患有肾细胞腺癌的63岁女性患者的肾切除术标本。这株细胞来源于原发性透明细胞腺癌。细胞呈边界不清楚的球形,高核质比,有微绒毛和桥粒。可以在软琼脂中生长。它被广泛应用于肾细胞癌的研究,特别是透明细胞肾细胞癌(ccRCC),这是成人肾癌中最常见和最致命的形式。其保留了原发性肾细胞癌的许多特征,并含有与肾细胞癌相关的几种突变。它们在von Hippel-Lindau (VHL)肿瘤抑制基因中表现出功能缺失,该基因是ccRCC中重要的肾癌基因,可以激活多种致癌途径,包括血管生成、细胞增殖和代谢重编程。
该细胞系用于了解肾癌发病的分子机制,探索抗癌药物的疗效,探讨耐药机制。这些细胞对于研究对酪氨酸激酶抑制剂(TKIs)的反应特别有用,TKIs是用于治疗RCC和RCC亚型的一类靶向疗法。除此之外该细胞系也被进一步用于研究肿瘤微环境在肾癌中的作用,并研究细胞凋亡、细胞周期调节和转移潜能等细胞过程。它们对低氧条件的反应使它们适合于研究ccRCC如何适应实体肿瘤中的低氧环境并茁壮成长。
综上所述,769-P细胞系和其他RCC细胞系是肾癌研究中不可或缺的工具,可以深入了解ccRCC的发病机制、药物疗效和耐药机制。
